We make service simple for the customer. Call or email us with your printer problem along with the make/model and we can help. If it is something simple we can provide assistance over the phone, or we can schedule an on site repair for the next business day. In some cases we may ask for photos to help determine parts needed for accuracy in making a cost estimate for the repair needed before scheduling an on site visit.

As a service provider, we are proud of the customer service record we have acquired over the years through much hard work and a commitment to consistent training. We will make the repairs to your satisfaction every single time and guarantee all labor and parts for 30 days.
